CorRestore® System Updates and News
A five-year international trial of 1,198 Surgical
Ventricular Restoration (SVR) patients provides compelling evidence
that SVR is a safe an effective treatment for certain types of CHF.

- Improved ejection fraction. Post-op ejection
fraction increased from
30% to 40%
- Left ventricular end systolic volume index
decreased from 80 ml/m2
to 57 ml/m2
- Freedom from readmission to the hospital
for CHF at five-years was 78%
- Overall five-year survival was 69%*
- Substantial improvement in NYHA functional
class. At last follow up, 89%
of the formerly predominately Class IV CHF patients were NYHA
Class I or Class II
